Decoration methods

The right finish for the right design.

We help match the production method to the artwork, garment and intended use instead of forcing every job through the same process.

Embroidery

A dimensional, durable finish for professional apparel and clean brand marks.

Premium texture
  • Ideal for polos, jackets, hats, workwear and left-chest logos.
  • Artwork is digitized and adjusted for thread, garment and final size.
  • Flat stitching, name personalization and dimensional options.

DTF Printing

A flexible full-color option for detailed graphics, gradients and vibrant artwork.

Fine detail
  • Great for T-shirts, hoodies, event apparel and complex illustrations.
  • Supports full color, fine lines and artwork that embroidery cannot reproduce cleanly.
  • Applied with controlled pressure and heat for a consistent finish.

How it works

A clearer path from artwork to finished apparel.

The customer-facing process stays simple while the technical production details are handled behind the scenes.

01

Select your garments

Choose the product, color, size range and quantity that fit your team or project.

02

Upload your artwork

Add separate front and back files, position the design and include production notes.

03

File and setup review

We check the artwork, placement and production method before the order enters production.

04

Produce and ship

Your order is decorated, quality checked, packed and prepared for shipment.

Quality control

Quality is hidden in the decisions made before production.

A good result is not only the machine or transfer. It comes from choosing the right method, preparing the file correctly and respecting the limits of each garment.

  • 01
Artwork suitability We verify resolution, transparency, line thickness and the limitations of the selected decoration method.
  • 02
Placement consistency Production placement is reviewed against garment construction, seams, pockets and usable decoration area.
  • 03
Garment-aware production Pressure, backing, thread, heat and finishing decisions are adapted to the blank rather than treated as one-size-fits-all.
  • 04
Final order check Completed pieces are checked before packing to catch visible issues before shipment.

Common questions

Helpful details before you order.

A few quick answers about artwork, decoration methods and production.

Which artwork file types work best?

Transparent, high-resolution PNG files are useful for previews. Vector files such as PDF, SVG, AI or EPS are best when available for production setup.

Can I use different artwork on the front and back?

Yes. Front and back artwork can be uploaded and positioned independently on supported custom product pages.

How do I choose between embroidery and DTF printing?

Embroidery is ideal for clean logos and a dimensional professional finish. DTF is better for detailed, full-color artwork and designs with gradients or very fine elements.

Do you support bulk and repeat orders?

Yes. Contact us with the products, quantities, decoration locations and timeline so the order can be reviewed as a coordinated production project.

Have a project that needs more than a standard order?

Tell us the garment types, quantities, decoration locations and target date. We will help you choose the cleanest production path.
